Search Notes Setup

Every time you run and save a search, you can edit search notes that provide extended additional information about the search when you view it later. For more information on editing search notes, see Edit Search Information.

By default, search notes are auto populated with selection summary, but you can change the auto population settings.

To change the auto population settings, follow the steps:

1           On the Options tab, click Account Preferences.

2           On the Account Preferences pane, click Search Notes Setup.

3           Select one of the following options:

         Auto populate all search notes information

         Auto populate search notes information up to 100 characters

         Do not auto populate search notes information

4           Click Submit.
