Order Printable or Email Quote

With the Printable/Email Quote feature you can do the following:
• Generate a quote with the mailing list cost breakdown and have it emailed or printed
• Set the validation period for your quote
• Enter company information to output on the quote
• Add notes or comments to your customers (email option only)
• Add multiple email recipients (email option only)
1 To access the feature do one of the following:
• Run a search, calculate total, click View Pricing, and open the Estimate Pricing for my Count tab.
• Start an order. On the Order Summary page click the link for viewing the order cost breakdown.
2 Click Email.
3 Accept the default company information or enter your own. You can specify the following information to be displayed on the quote:
• Company name
• Address
• Phone
• Fax
To save the company information as default, select the Save as default text box.
4 Enter the quote notes or accept the default ones.
5 (Optional) In the Notes section, set the validity period for the quote by entering the corresponding date or use the calendar.
If there is no validity period set, the validity section is not displayed on the quote.
6 In the Email Information section, specify the following information:
• (Required) To. Recipient's email.
• (Optional) Cc. Email to which the carbon copy is sent.
• (Optional) Bcc. Email to which the black carbon copy is sent.
• (Optional) Subject. Email subject line.
7 Populate the Email text section.
To save the email text as default, select the corresponding text box.
8 Click Send.
The email with the quote (the PDF version is attached) is sent to the specified address. To open the quote in the PDF format, you will need Adobe Reader or another PDF-reading software.

2 Click Print.
3 Accept the default company information or enter your own. You can specify the following information to be displayed on the quote:
• Company name

4 Enter the quote notes or accept the default ones.
5 (Optional) In the Notes section, set the validity period for the quote by entering the corresponding date or use the calendar.
If there is no validity period set, the validity section is not displayed on the quote.
6 Click Send.
The page for specifying the print settings opens. The look and content of the page depends on your operating system.
